Miss the old Windows 2000 style of setting security permissions?
Do this and you will get them all back.
Fire up Windows Explorer.
Go to Tools>Folder Options.
Hit the View tab. Scroll to the bottom.
un check 'Use Simple File Sharing (Reccomended) and voila!
This should work in Home version as well.
